Do We Ship To You? - Check our Shipping Network

USPS, FedEx, and UPS no longer accepts the shipment of electric cigarettes and vape-related products. We are no longer able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Military Addresses, and U.S. Territories at this time. Moving forward, all vape orders will be shipped out with our network of Local Regionals Carriers.

Note: Some Regional Carriers may have their own specific methods of delivery, such as requiring the customer to reply to a message, or to schedule a time for delivery. At our final stage of fulfillment, customers with packages using these delivery services may receive a separate email with additional information.

New Shipping Process & Tracking Notifications

Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of placement, with most orders shipping within 24 hours out of our facility. Tracking emails will automatically be sent out once it is shipped unless you are located in certain parts of the Midwest and Eastern half of the US (see below).

If you are located in the Western half of the continental U.S., estimated shipping transit time is 1-3 business days.

Packages en route to the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S. will require longer transit times (7-20 business days) due to a 2-Step Shipping Process:

1. First, packages are transported via commercial trucks across the country to a regional carrier near you, which can take up to 7 days. In some cases, tracking email and status updates will only be available once the package is scanned at the carrier's destination hub. 

2. Once received and processed at the hub, the package will make its way to the final destination to the customer.

*All transit times are estimated delivery times and do not include weekends or holidays. 

PUDOpoint - Pick-Up Option at a Local Business (Learn More Here)

We're proud to work with PUDOpoint to offer a convenient and secure Pick-Up counter at a local business near you! (similar to Amazon Locker)

Our team will ship your package to the PUDO location you have selected at checkout based on Zip Code search. Once the order is delivered to the business location, you'll receive an email notification that it is ready for pick-up with the address location, Order Number, and business operation hours.

You can pick up packages at a time and place that's convenient for you without worrying about packages left at your door while you're out!

New Service Coverage

You may see that we are unable to ship to some of our customers, mainly due to logistical constraint or lack of regional carrier service in certain areas in continental U.S.. However, our carriers' network is expanding weekly so sign up to be notified when we are able to ship to you again!

If we are unable to ship to your destination, a notification will be indicated at checkout. Be sure to check our Zip Code Checker and sign up for notifications. Furthermore, check in with us at a later time as we are adding service coverage every week.

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Above $80

This option will be available whenever the final cart price is above $80, excluding applicable sales tax, excise tax, discount code, and reward points. You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible. Please note that we prioritize all paid shipping customers before Free Shipping orders.

Required Adult Signature Service

In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation. 

The Adult Signature service requires an additional charge of $7 and the rates will be reflected during the checkout process. If it's more convenient for you, we're able to ship your vape gears to a business address.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIMELINES

It can take 24 to 72 business hours to process before it is shipped out for all orders. After the processing period, a tracking email will be automatically sent to the customer to confirm the package is in the final stages of fulfillment. 

Estimated Transit Times

  • Western Half of the US - 1-3 business days* in transit
  • Eastern Half of the US - 6-20 business days* in transit
  • Local Regional Carriers - 1-20 business days* in transit [1-3 business days for West Coast, 8-20 business days for rest of country]
  • International Packages -  No estimate available, tracking will show movement from our facility to the US international Sort Facility and then once it arrives in your country (If you have not received any updates, please contact your local customs agency).

*All shipping transit times are estimated delivery time and does not include processing time or weekends and holidays.

Note: During the busy holiday season or surge of sales, processing can take up to 5 business days. Our team works hard everyday to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible so we greatly appreciate your patience.

We process orders from 8:00AM PST - 4PM PST on Monday to Friday. Shipping carriers do not process orders on weekends and U.S Federal Holidays.

Return to Sender

Any reshipping services are at Element Vape's sole discretion.

If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.

If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Element Vape reserves the right to deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, Element Vape reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.

Why Is my shipment delayed or stuck on processing?

State Regulations

Orders with prohibited items will be removed and cancelled from the order, subject to the entire order being cancelled and refunded while the rest of the package will be processed normally.

All Vape sales have been banned to the following locations:

  • States - Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont 
  • Cities - San Francisco, Anchorage

Flavored E-Liquid sales are banned to the following locations:

  • States - New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode island
  • Cities - Chicago, Washington D.C.

Note: For the State of Maryland, we are unable to ship any Disposable Vapes to customers located within the state due to local regulation that was put in place. For the State of New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, the use of coupons will not apply due to State restrictions.

International Orders

If your country / state is not listed during the checkout process, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country at this time.

  • All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Element Vape is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders. 
  • All  duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Additionally, Element Vape is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties. 

For any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as being rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or sent back to sender from the customer, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.

We highly recommend contacting your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to electronic cigarettes and vaping products.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Element Vape, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the third-party carrier in use. Element Vape strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Element Vape will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when it is shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments that are marked delivered  must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Element Vape is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

How are replacement parts shipped?

All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using Standard Shipping.
